In Panama City Beach, you don’t have to choose between a “beach day” and a “spa day.” You can have both! From massages to facials, and haircuts to manicures, local spas will pamper you and leave you feeling relaxed and ready to put your best face forward.
But not all spas are created equal. So, which one’s the best for you? Check out our list of the “Top 5 Spas in Panama City Beach”.
Without a doubt, the best place to completely pamper yourself for the day is Serenity Spa at Bay Point Resort. What sets Serenity apart from the rest is the full array of services and amenities. Whether you’re going to their spacious and modern spa for a facial, massage, pedicure, salt scrub or body wrap, the best part might be access to their private men and women’s relaxation areas, that include steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and complimentary mimosas or water. While the massages are most popular with the men who visit the spa, some cost-conscious women take advantage of a simple manicure or pedicure to gain access to a relaxing day at the spa. To take advantage of special pricing, check out their Facebook page, where they post daily deals.

Beach Therapeutic Massage has been in business since 1999. The shop is located across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where clients can relax and enjoy the benefits of therapeutic massage, facials and wraps. The effort, professionalism and karma of the staff enhance the purpose of your massage, whether it is pure relaxation or pain relief. Facials are Tatyanas’ passion, and all her facials are customized to the clients’ needs. She has trained in Russia to tone and firm the face muscles with her hands. We love Massage Junkies and our clients’ satisfaction is our main concern.

Though called a spa, Aqua Medical Spa at Gulf Coast Dermatology is nearly another animal all together. This facility operates under the oversight of board-certified dermatologists, and can therefore can offer treatments above and beyond what you’ll find in a typical spa.
Walking into their upstairs spa, the entry room seems like any other high-end spa, with a soothing design, a tropical fish tank, and sleek furniture. However, behind the doors of each room, the treatments available include advanced medical procedures like the fat-melting CoolSculpting machine, Botox or DySport treatments to reduce facial lines or relieve tension headaches, and a wide range of medical facials. Some of these treatments are offered at non-medical salons, but operating under the supervision of a medical doctor clearly has its benefits.
Aqua Medical Spa also offers a range of typical relaxing spa treatments, such as manicures, brow-shaping, and hair removal procedures. The capabilities of Aqua Medical Spa staff are clearly a step above, but despite the relaxing atmosphere, this is not a spa where you’d spend a day relaxing. Patrons here are more “patients” than “pampered”.

Indulgence Salon, Spa, and Boutique delivers all that the name suggests. Men and women’s hair cuts and stylings, coloring, and hair treatments in the salon; facials, massages, and mani/pedicures in the spa, and even the chance to buy beauty products and art in their boutique. They even offer many of the chemical peels offered at Aqua Medical Spa, albeit without the medical doctor supervision.
The massage rooms are relaxing, and they offer a wide range of massages and body wraps - Perhaps the most appropriate for many visitors to Panama City Beach is their “Sunburn Relief Wrap,” the antidote for many PCB visitors who’ve overdone it on their first day at the beach!

Tucked away in the Promenade Mall, the Eden Salon and Spa is centrally located, and offers some quirky services that you’ll be hard-pressed to find elsewhere, including “Eyebrow Threading” (an eyebrow shaping process that involves using thread to pluck and shape eyebrows), XFusion (an artificial hair-thickening process), feather extensions, and permanent makeup.
They also offer more typical salon services, including haircuts and styling, manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing. Massages are not currently available here, and though they offer styling and wedding packages, you’re more likely to come here for an appointment, rather than to spend the day.
