Location
Choose a gym that is located in a convenient area
so you are more likely to keep going!
Staff
Make sure you check the qualifications of the
trainers and their background. Ask other members at
the gym if the staff is willing to help with advice
but without always expecting to be paid for it.
Hours
Make sure the gym's schedule will work with yours.
The best tip is to visit the gym during the time you
plan to workout regularly and see how many machines
will be available to you and if you have any other
conflicts with that time period for that gym.
