Error! Program not correctly configured!

I encountered the following errors when trying to run. Please correct these problems, or the program will not be able to run:

I cannot write to the reminders file $allentries (/home/usr71/remindme/allreminders.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the opt in file $opt_in_file (/home/usr71/remindme/optin.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the opt out file $opt_out_file (/home/usr71/remindme/optout.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the temporary signup file $temp_signup_file (/home/usr71/remindme/temp_signup.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the temporary reminders file $temp_reminders (/home/usr71/remindme/temp_reminders.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the users file $users_file (/home/usr71/remindme/users_file.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot read the password file $password_file (/home/usr71/remindme/passfile.txt). Please make sure the file is readable and writeable (try chmod 766).
I cannot write to the password file $password_file (/home/usr71/remindme/passfile.txt). Please make sure the file is writeable (try chmod 766).
