Buccaneer Bar and Grill Introduces Chef Dominic DeMarco


Buccaneer Bar and Grill in Panama City has a rich history spanning over the course of the past 50 years in this area. Recently they acquired a new member to their team that is bringing his elite training and extensive experience, literally, to the table. Chef Dominic DeMarco came aboard to the Buccaneer Bar and Grill crew as the new executive chef around the beginning of September and has done some wonderful work in his short time.

New grill items are packed with flavor and carefully prepared pastas are a few of the new additions to the menu. There is definitely an excitement with the new ideas and fresh concepts at Buccaneer Bar and Grill. Chef Dom spoke with me briefly and stated, "It's really exciting to come on board and try some new things, also give the downtown area a great option for lunch or dinner." Buccaneer Bar and Grill is open for lunch now as well, serving their wraps, sandwiches, and salads.

One thing chef Dom is very well known for is his Philly cheese steak. Having studied at the Restaurant School of Philidelpia, he had the best Philly cheese steaks on the planet right in his backyard. So he is rightfully proud of his Philly cheese steak sandwich that is served with a special beer cheese made by Pennsylvania's finest, Yuengling beer.

Buccaneer Bar and Grill has weekly and nightly entertainment and specials for you to come enjoy and evening singing karaoke or just having a cocktail watching the sun set on their private beach and tiki bar.
