Artist Carroll Hallock will return to Panama City Beach September 8th, 9th, and 10th to conduct her "The Art of Painting Loose" workshop at the Palms Conference Center. The Louisiana based artist is known for her exceptionally loose and free style of painting that is taught through her workshops and have helped so many artists come into their own with painting.

This year's workshop will be open to all levels of acrylic and oil painters looking to increase their artistic education and ability.

Carroll Hallock has sold several of her works internationally and received numerous awards for her work. She hopes to assist enthusiastic artists to become extraordinary painters that will make exceptional contribution to the art world. 

Local artist Bonnie Sturgis took the workshop two years ago and stated, "I signed up for this workshop as soon as I heard she was coming back."

The reception has been incredibly helpful and educational for local artists, professionally and recreational alike.
