No one likes bad weather, but Panama City Beach certainly knows how to deal with it. We party. It's not that we are celebrating a natural disaster...no. It's that we have traded our vulnerability to storms for the most beautiful scenery and lifestyle that life has to offer. And as a region, we are extremely ok with this.

Work, school, and life as we know it has to be temporarily put on hold while these unfortunate storms run their course and  there's only one thing to do...wait.

Thankfully in this instance, Isaac is pushing westward and not intensifying too rapidly, our fingers are crossed that this will not become a terribly devastating storm. So while we get the certain rainfall and wind, Rock'It Lanes in Panama City Beach has decided to take charge by throwing their own Hurricane Party with great specials and music by DJ Smiley from 9pm-2am.

Bowling will be $3 and to-for-one well drinks from the bar all night long.

Rock'It Lanes will be open through the entirety of our coming stormy days to give you the best Hurricane Party that Panama City Beach has to offer.

Since the rest of the country sees our approach to looming storms as strange, we know the drill. It will rain and be windy, but there's nothing we haven't seen before. So let's keep our traditions going as strong as we are and ride Isaac out like our region knows how to best. By having as much fun as possible.

We hope to see you at Rock'It Lanes and please be safe. We are sure to get some flooding and if you have to ask yourself if any flooding area is safe to drive through, don't even risk it.

Stay dry friends.
