On Saturday, July 14th, Beach Care Services and Ebro Greyhound Park will host Derby Days. Take part in the festivities and traditions of a derby event with several local business representatives and socials alike. The first of sixteen races will begin at 12pm and the VIP party will kick off at 11am with complimentary food and beverages.

Ladies will have an opportunity to unleash their accessory prowess with an outrageous hat competition starting at 12:30pm with wonderful door prizes. And why not participate? After all, "that's the thing about hats. They're extravagant and full of humor and allow for a sense of costume, but in a lighthearted way."

Beach Care Services will be the cordial host for Derby Days, who is a non-profit organization located in the Panama City Beach area. For twelve years now, they’re provided assistance to local residents for several expenses such as transportation, living expenses, and prescription costs to help with a better quality of life where possible. Beach Care Services is driven solely by volunteers and contributions from local civic groups, businesses, individuals, and local churches and appreciates any assistance in furthering their cause.

Be a part of Derby Days and have an opportunity to step out like a debonair socialite enjoying a Saturday afternoon like an esteemed woman or gentleman should. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available through Terri Hugghins with Centennial Bank at (850) 774-1912. Afford yourself an afternoon with spirited tradition and great company. See you there.
