How long has it been since you have visited the historic Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach? With so many exciting new developments on the beach’s west end it’s easy to forget the traditional, picturesque community that has been charming vacationers and locals alike for years. The first annual Grand Lagoon Open House is taking place this Saturday, May 4th, 2013 starting at 8:00 a.m. The festivities will no doubt continue into the wee hours, with almost 20 businesses offering giveaways, mini-events and special offers within their establishments. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Panama City Beach is one of those
places that you’ve either stopped by a dozen times already or that you’ve never
even noticed. Situated in the Shoppes at
Beckrich (with Firehouse Subs and the Verizon Store) this heavenly haven of
deliciousness is actually the most popular frozen yogurt brand in the world and
in my opinion, quite rightly so.
The store itself couldn’t be any more inviting. Cheery, colorful
and almost whimsical, the sheer number of options upon entering is mind
boggling and you almost don’t know where to look or where to start! First you
get to choose your flavor/s. Choose however many you want, or actually mix two
flavors together if the desire strikes. Then it’s on to the toppings. Honestly,
there are too many to even mention, but there’s pretty much anything you could
possibly want, and even a selection of fruit choices for those not looking to
indulge that much. The cost is
determined by ...

As more and more international dining establishments pop up
all over Panama City Beach, we now have a multitude of exotic options to choose
from whenever we have a taste for something different. That’s good news for
those of us who occasionally like to venture away from the standard American
fare! Shan Kishi has actually been around for several years now, and has
managed to consistently provide top-notch service. This is not a large
restaurant – seating is for approximately 60 or 70 in total although this just
adds to the ambience. The Sushi at Shan Kishi is without a ...
